Meditation, Sound Healing & Reiki

As a certified Meditation Teacher, my intention is to teach you how to practice mindful self-awareness and compassion in every session, allowing your own healing process to unfold and expand over time. 

The power of guided group meditations - with sound, mantra and reiki - creates a powerful field of energy that is not only heard but also felt, in the physical, emotional and spiritual body.

Each session includes intention setting, a live sound journey and reiki healing, to facilitate deeper connection and energetic release.

The studio provides a mattress, cushion and blanket for each guest - to provide total comfort and support for your session.
